There is a scene in the movie 'Run, Fat Boy, Run' where Simon Pegg decides to run a marathon and during the first day of training, does a full 5 seconds of stretching before running down the street, turns around and then heads home. That pretty much sums up my workout today. Don't get me wrong, I had good intentions and plan to remain committed to my new exercise routine but today my heart was only half in it. Perhaps the last six months of over indulging in warm winter goodies and a few too many glasses of wine played a part?

Go you! Well done for getting out there and doing it...even if you had hoped for a little further. The point is you did it! Hence my cheerleader-esque "Go You!!" x
Don Draper is a good enough reason to stay in on the couch! It works for me ;-)
Hands down, award for the nicest comment on blog goes to you. Thank you! I'll be checking in here for sure.
Only yesterday I laced up the runners for the first time in 5 weeks. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. But ah, give me some warmer weather. Oh, it helps too that Mad Men Season 4 isn't available on DVD yet!
