In a rare moment of craft inspiration I decided to channel my inner Martha Stewart and attempt a project that I've been wanting to try for a while: the DIY tissue garland.
I've long been a fan of the trendy tissue garland but just didn't have the spare cash to dish out for a fancy one so decided to make my own using this really helpful tutorial.
It was simple, inexpensive and dare I say it - easy. I'm pretty happy with the results - what you do think?

Oh my, I NEED to try this. Like you I am desperate to have something similar but I always felt like the charge was quite high to purchase. Now I can just make my own! So when my kitties inevitably chew on it (they're always rather well-behaved, but love tissue paper for some reason), I can just make it again! :-)
Great idea! Looks like it turned out well. Very pretty!
so cool! Love the colour combinations you have used.

I love it! Turned out fabulous, can't wait to try it myself!

I LOVE this. I've been wanting to do one for a while too. Think I need to do a Christmas themed one. :) xx
A friend and I made some of these for Sassy's party - and they looked great....K was a bit like, what IS that? when I first showed him. But I think they grew on him. He's drawn the line at hanging them above our bed though ;) x
