This past weekend J and I took a stroll around Paddington and I got the urge to pop into a few of the shops. For most people this would be a normal reaction but for those that know me, know that I am not a huge fan of shopping and have even less interest in fashion. Yes, I know for some of you that is hard to fathom. It's not that I don't enjoy new clothes, I just hate the process and seem to be hopeless when it comes to putting together outfits. I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of person and for many years that is the only thing i wore, however, it is a totally different story when I'm shopping for someone else.
In this case, the 'someone else' was J and I happily helped him scout out a few things for a new job he'll be starting next week...

Good old Oxford for mens suits...
All of my husbands suits are from Oxford.
We always go to Paddington too.
He even wore an Oxford suit the day we got married.
J's suit should last and stand the test of time.
it is fun when it is shopping for someone else, I find it hard when shopping for myself.
Don't forget the sunscreen! it is hot out there today!

i was thinking about the whole fashion thing the other day. i used to love fashion, and since i had kids i really just love jeans and tees.
I totally get the fashion shopping thing - I have a strong dislike, however I spend my working days trawling shops for props/interiors - just can't do clothes!
