The holiday is over and reality, along with the post holiday blues, has settled in. I should be used to this by now...but I'm not.
Luckily for me, I took about four million photos while I was home and have been spending my nights sorting through them and reliving our trip. We laughed a lot, survived two weeks of 'family' time in close quarters (a miracle!), managed to come back with a slight tan and ate our body weight in lobster. It was awesome and yes, I miss them already. x

oh jaclyn, my heart is a little sore for you.. most of my family live two states away and the post holiday blues after being with them is always revolting. I can't imagine having them on the other side of the world! glad to see that awesome new lens got a good workout x
i enjoyed your holiday pics, hope you're not too sad to be back - id love to visit Cape Cod and explore more of the East coast USA...looks gorgeous! your baby niece is adorable! When my sister had her baby and I became an aunt for the first time, I was so excited that I moved back to Sydney! My niece is now 15!
