Books & Nooks

I don't normally like shopping but there is one thing that I'm happy to spend money on: books. I love them and luckily for me there seems to be quite a few good ones coming out at the moment. I wrote about a few on the Magnolia Square blog last week and have already added them to my own wish list but there is another one that I've got my eye on, My Heart Wanders by Pia Jane Bijkerk.

When I saw that Kelly from The Crafty Minx had tweeted (yes, I'm on Twitter...more on that later) about an event hosted by Books & Nooks where I could get my hands on a copy and listen to Pia speak and have champagne, I jumped at the chance.  I'm really looking forward to it -so if anyone else happened to grab a ticket let me know so we can have a drink together!
